Hi there my name is Laura Jane and I started  The Candle Clubb as a hobby during early lockdown 2020. I have always loved candles and wax melts in my own home and I thought how hard can it be to make my own? I started making candles, melts and diffusers for my friends and family. I absolutely love the process of hand making every item to ensure there is attention to detail in every individual product .  I only use locally sourced high quality luxury fragrance oils and ecosoya wax which is an all natural sustainable, vegan friendly, cruelty free, clean burning biodegradable wax which exhibits great scent throw. I also take pride in reducing my carbon footprint by offering free local delivery in my electric car, no fancy branded packaging, I use recycled materials which then it turn helps me keep the cost of my products down and more affordable. The candle clubb is fully clp data compliant and each product comes with detailed safety instructions.

 Pomegranate noir wax melts with diffuser smell amazing. It all came in lovely packaging and gift bag. Lots of great scents to choose from aswell, would highly recommend x Lynne

Just opened my latest order and as usual they smell amazing! Trying the Lime, Basil and Mandarin wax melt for the first time and it is lovely!! Love that the melts are natural and don’t leave glitter or colour in the burner too. 100% recommend  Jennifer

Safety information  When burning your candle for the very first time make sure you burn for a good few hours or until the wax has melted all the way to the sides.  Make sure you burn your candle on a level surface away from drafts and NEVER leave a burning candle unattended.  Tins/glass will get hot so protect your surfaces with a coaster or candle plate. Always trim your wick between each burn, this will prolong the life of your scented candle and stop the rim of your candle jar going black as well as preventing tunnelling.  Tunnelling is not what you want for your candle as it means you’re not using up enough wax and you end up with a tunnel effect running down the centre of your candle. Do not burn your candle for more than 2-3 hrs at a time and ensure you trim your wick before each burn to around 5mm. Do not burn your candle all the way to the very bottom of your jar. Discontinue using where there is 1/2 inch of wax left.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.  You will also need proof of purchase.

Damaged goods Please ensure your order/items upon receiving and contact us immediately of the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographic evidence is encouraged. 
Exceptions/non-returnable Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift vouchers or disliking a scent chosen. 
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was accepted or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
